My thoughts and prayers are with Miss Marker's family. She was a great teacher at Jefferson Twp. School. I believe that every student during her years at school will remember her. There are some teachers that you never forget, and she is one.
Thank you, Miss Marker, for a job well done. May you rest in peace.

Sending my sympathy & prayers for families. Doris touched so many students lives & we were all blessed.
Because of Doris, I have enjoyed a
life long love of reading. Latin classes & working with her in the library are special memories.

My deepest sympathies to your family. The past few years, I had the pleasure of sitting beside Doris every Sunday, in church. I enjoyed our conversations. She was very knowledgeable and eager to share her thoughts with others. I remember her as one of the best teachers at Jeffferson Twp. She was a lovely lady and will be missed.

The Jefferson Class of 1982 would like to extend our condolences to Mrs. Marker's family. She lived a long life and she taught many of us in Jefferson Township. I also remember her on the school Board.
She will always be remembered as our little librarian.

I just learned of Miss Marker's passing. I have such fond memories of her at Jefferson Township, both in the library and as a student in her Latin classroom. The last time I saw her was in the summer of 1999 in a chance meeting at a restaurant in New Lebanon. I introduced myself to her as her "favorite Latin student." That gave her a good chuckle!

Dear Richard and Ron,
I was sorry to hear of Miss Marker's passing.
All of us who attended Jefferson remember her

learning because of her dedication.
She will always be remembered.
