HOCHDOERFER, Marjorie A. 87, formerly of Tipp City, OH, more recently of Troy, OH passed away Monday, September 24, 2007, at Harborside Health Care Center, Troy. She was born June 16, 1920, in Dayton, OH. She married Joseph Hochdoerfer who preceded her in death. Mrs. Hochdoerfer is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law: Joseph L. and Patricia Hochdoerfer of Troy, OH and Charles A. and Nancy Hochdoerfer of Tipp City, OH; four grandchildren: Angelique Kotz of Marietta, GA, Rene Hochdoerfer of Acworth, GA, Jennifer Hochdoerfer of Dayton, OH and Erin (Damian) Davoli of Fairborn, OH; and three great-grandchildren; Austin and Presley Duffy of Marietta, GA and Chaz Toomey of Acworth, GA. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Hochdoerfer on October 3, 2001. Mrs. Hochdoerfer was a member of St. John Catholic Church, Tipp City, OH, Rikes Retirees and Troy Senior Citizen's Center. She was also a telephone operator with Rikes Department Store in Dayton, OH. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30AM Friday, September 28, 2007, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Tipp City, OH, with Rev. Fr. Mark Sherlock officiating. Interment will take place at St. John the Baptist Catholic Cemetery in Tipp City, OH. Friends may call from 5-8PM Thursday at Baird Funeral Home, Troy and from 9:30-10:30AM Friday, prior to mass at the church.
