To the Tobey Family: Please accept our condolences on the passing of Terry. It is never easy, especially coming so suddenly. As everyone who knew him knows, he was a great person. I especially remember the numerous ski trips Terry, Chris, Tim and I took out West. Terry was always the life of the group keeping us laughing throughout, as well as being an excellent skier. Those were truly fun times that will be sorely missed.

When people pass we say "they are in a better place" Terry made all those he came in contact with and those of us who worked for him "a better place". I worked for him 14 yrs. He was gracious, made you feel valued, important, and wanting to be better. I respected him, will miss his handshake, big smile, and "Hi, I,m Terry Tobey". RIP TR.

Everything has probably already been said. I affectionately nicknamed him AIR FORCE 3 for his many travels. You can tell how successful a business is by how well the owner is respected by those who not only worked for him but also by those who didn't. Terry has had the same managerial team for YEARS and two of his most LOYAL employees in Jim Gregory over 40 years, Rich Critz, over 30 years plus some salespeople over 20 years, WHY ???? Grass ain't greener anywhere else,I should know, I left and Terry didn't hesitate when I told him I wanted back. Key is a family ,a place that makes you feel like home all because of T.R. .......
