James PONDER

PONDER Sr., James Allen Age 71 of Hamilton, passed away in Cincinnati on Thursday, February 23, 2017. Jim was born on December 22, 1945 to Lucille Ponder. He enjoyed fishing, woodworking, gambling, working, and spending time with his family. Jim loved doing many activities with his dog, Charlie Brown. He was a member of The Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 36. Jim is survived by his wife of 15 years, Heidi Ponder; his children, Angelique R. Phipps, Consuella Ann Ponder, Jacelyn (Jennifer) Ponder, James A. (Lori) Ponder Jr., Nathan Sunnenberg, and Mariah R. Ponder; his grandchildren, Toni, Mya, Nicholas, Lacie, Tabytha, Jay, Ariel, Nicole, Lynden, Sophia James, Alacia, Jordann, Brodie, and four great grandchildren; his mother, Lucille Ponder; his siblings, Myra, Ricky, Gary, Charlie, and many nieces, nephews, family, and friends. James was preceded in death by his mom, Agnes Stein, and his sister, Augusta "Bootsie" Clark. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home 1350 Millville Ave., Hamilton, 45013.
