CONRAD-BENDER, Luella Age 92 of Germantown passed away December 31, 2016 at Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties. She was born to the late Marshall an Ora (Scroggins) Crump in Crossroads, KY. Luella was a member of the Germantown United Methodist Church, the Senior Citizens of Germantown, and former church Librarian and Historian for many years. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband, Robert Conrad, and her second husband, Ralph Bender, her siblings Clara Watson, and Charlie, Nelda, and Joe Crump. She is survived by her son Larry (Dona) Conrad, daughters Sherry Chamberlain, and Susan Long, 4 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be Wednesday January 4, 2017 at 1:00PM at the Arpp & Root Funeral Home, 29 N Main St. Germantown, OH with Pastor Gary Wheeler officiating, burial following the service at Germantown Union Cemetery.
