News Death Notice
PETERSON, Charles Joseph age 82 of Dayton, passed away Wednesday, July 11, 2012. He was preceded in death by two sons, Robert & John Peterson, 3 sisters, a twin brother and 2 other brothers. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Sharalyn Peterson; children: Sue & Terry Wilson, Charles J. Jr. & Debbie Peterson, Becky & Rodney Vangas, Amy & Kevin Kinter, Lora & Deron Upton & Paul A. Peterson; sister, Mary Rice; grandchildren: Jennifer (Dale), Jason, Christopher (Nicole), Craig, Amanda, Morgan, Brent, Katie & Calvin; great-grandchildren, Maggie & Ben; niece, Patty Dix; nephew, Mike Dix; and other family members and friends. Charles started in the printing business at the age of 16 and later went on to own his own business, Peterson Lithographics. He loved sports, especially baseball and the Cincinnati Reds. The family will receive friends 5-7 pm Sunday, July 15, at Morris Sons Funeral Home, 1771 E. Dorothy Lane, Kettering, OH. Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 am Monday, July 16, at St. Leonard's Church with Rev. Loren Connell officiating. Interment at Bellbrook Cemetery. Condolences may be sent to www.morris-sons.com.
