News Death Notice
RUPERT, Dennis George age 58, of Dayton, passed away on Monday, February 18, 2013. Dennis was born June 15, 1954 in Dayton to the late Carter & Helen (Duckro) Rupert. He attended St. Anthony Grade School, was a graduate of Wilbur Wright High School and worked at Think Patented for over 28 years. Dennis is survived by his son: Dennis James "DJ" Rupert; brothers and sister-in-law: Charles (Evelyn) Rupert of Dayton, Thomas Rupert of Kettering; sisters and brothers-in-law: Judy (Larry) Powers of Flagstaff, AZ, Karen (Luke) Rosati of Vandalia; mother of his son: Jackie (Cusick) Rupert; and numerous nieces, nephews, family members and friends. Along with his parents, Dennis was preceded in death by his sister: Darla Heyes. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 P.M. on Friday, February 22, 2013 at Newcomer Funeral Home - South Chapel, 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering with Reverend Chris Coleman officiating. Interment will follow the service at Calvary Cemetery in Kettering. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 12:00 P.M. until time of service.
