Family-Placed Obituary

WARRELL, Dorothy M. (Caywood) age 80, of Dayton passed away suddenly, Tuesday, January 9, 2007. Dorothy was born in Dayton, September 17, 1926. She is preceded in death by her father, Ralph Caywood; stepmother, Mary Caywood; brother, Kenneth Caywood; and grandson, Matthew Warrell. She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Edward; sons, Daniel (Norma) Warrell of Springboro; R. Douglas (Carole) Warrell of Dayton; brother, Craig (Jean Ann) of Georgia; and a sister-in-law, Phyllis Caywood of Texas. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, Beth (David) Leistensnider of Chicago; Nicole Warrell of Chicago; Jason, Chad, and Ryan Warrell; and a great-granddaughter, Annika Leistensnider. She was proud to donate her body to Wright State University Medical School. A Memorial Service to celebrate her life will be held on January 12, 2007 at 11:00 A.M., Belmont United Methodist Church, 2701 S. Smithville Rd., Dayton, OH. 45420. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Wright State Anatomical Gift Program, P.O. Box 927, Dayton, OH. 45401 or Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave., Dayton, OH. 45420, in memory of Dorothy.
