News Death Notice
DYER, Faye A. age 92 of Dayton, passed away Thursday August 9, 2012 at Grandview Hospital. She was born September 29, 1919 in Somerset, KY daughter of the late Harvey & Cynthia (Waddle) Taylor. Preceded in death by her husband Walter W.; son Paul, and nephew Brian, Faye is survived by her children Lois Bass of Dayton, Walter (Cheryl) Dyer of Kettering, Lloyd (Judy) Dyer of FL; sister Martha Stewart of GA, and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Monday August 13 at 11:00am at the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home 139 S. Dixie Dr. Vandalia with Pastor Tom Chapman officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Hills Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 10:00am until time of service.
