STAMPER, H. "Dean" age 53 of York, South Carolina and formerly of Germantown, passed away Monday, June 17, 2013 at his home. He was born February 8, 1960 in Middletown, OH to McKinley and Margaret (Creech) Stamper of Germantown. In addition to his parents, Dean is survived by his wife of 15 years, Lisa (Phillips) Stamper; his beautiful daughter, Sarah (Marcus) Burgher of Middletown; adoring grandchildren, Tyler, Nate, Briahna, Marcus and Micah; sisters, Denise (Bill) Steele and Brenda (Jim Herman) Cox, both of Germantown; his niece, Amber (Chris) Smith and their son, Connor of Germantown as well as numerous extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his beloved dog, Shorty. Dean was a 1978 graduate of Valley View High School and completed career training at JVS in auto body repair. He had originally been employed in that field at Rettich's Auto Body and later for many years with Karlton Envelope and Cadmus as a machine adjuster. Dean enjoyed many of life's finer things like NASCAR, Bengals football, 4-wheelin', Harley Davidsons and the old homestead in Kentucky. Family will receive friends from 2:30-4:30 PM Saturday, June 22, 2013 at Gebhart-Schmidt-Parramore Funeral Home, Miamisburg. A memorial service will follow at 4:30 pm also at the funeral home and officiated by pastor Joe Getts. A celebration of life will also be held in memory of Dean later this year.
