News Death Notice
PILLION, Charles F. age 83, of Trotwood, passed away Saturday, May 5, 2012. He was born March 3, 1929 in West Plains, Missouri, but grew up in Jellico, TN. Charles worked for Frigidaire, retired from White Consolidated and loved playing music as a professional musician. He is survived by 4 children, Val (John), Butch (Alice), Mike (Dee) and Tim (Hermetta); grandchildren, Hannah, Matthew, Luke and Rachel; and his best friend "Sarah" the poodle. Charles was preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Peggy L. Pillion; infant son, John; mother, Josephine Pillion; one brother, Tommy Pillion. Visitation will be held Wednesday May 9, 2012 from 12:30 - 1:30 at Newcomer Funeral Home (4104 Needmore Rd.) with funeral services beginning at 1:30 pm.
