News Death Notice
SARVER, Daniel "Danny" Lee age 58 of Dayton passed away Saturday, May 12, 2012. Born in Anderson, IN to the late Mabel and Marvin Sarver, he is also preceded in death by a brother and 3 sisters: Marvin Sarver, Ann Profit, Irene Hollan, and Ada Riley. Danny is survived by 4 brothers and a sister-in-law: Milton (Julie), Bobby, Roy, and Samuel Sarver, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Known around town as "Dan the Can Man", he collected cans and donated the money to help needy children. The funeral service will be held at 1PM, Thursday, May 17, 2012 at the Tobias Funeral Home, Belmont Chapel, 648 Watervliet Ave. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery. Friends may visit at the funeral home from 11AM until the time of service Thursday. Donations may be made in Danny's name to the Ronald McDonald House, 555 Valley Street, Dayton, OH 45404..
