News Death Notice
HAVENS, Annette Age 52, passed away peacefully one day short of her birthday on Friday, May 25, 2012. Annette was preceded in death by her father, William Kelly. Annette is survived by her husband of the past 38 years, Bruce Havens; her mother, Helen Kelly; four children, Nedra (Aaron) Placke, Edward (Crystal) Havens, Marjorie Havens & Annette Kelly Havens; 16 grandchildren; Jorden, Tyler, Austen, Hannah, Marjorie May, William, Gracie, Judas, Emma, Isaiah, Matthew, Kristen, Miriam, Clara & Lainey; four siblings, William (Lorna) Kelly, Judy (Phil) Roth, Helen (Mike) Dell & Felix (Connie) Kelly; her "adopted Dad," Daniel Roberts; soon-to-be son-in-law, Joe McGuffie; and by her extended family & many good friends. Annette worked in the Bakery at Kroger for over 22 years. The family will be receiving friends from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m., Thursday, May 31, at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Friday with Brother Kevin Lloyd officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens in Vandalia.
