News Death Notice
CULLARS, Betty Jean age 90 of Vandalia, passed away Monday, June 11, 2012. She was born in Dayton, Ohio on April 18, 1922 the daughter of Ira J. & Katherine B. (O'Nan) Wiley. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Scott and Dot Cullars of Huntington, WVa., daughter Cindi Cullars of Butler Twp., 3 grandchildren, 2 nephews, and a great niece. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband of 60 years Huston Cullars, a brother, and a sister. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, June 14, 2012 at 10:30 am in Forest Hills Memorial Gardens, 11890 N. Dixie Dr. Services have been entrusted to the BLESSING FUNERAL HOME, Tipp City.
