News Death Notice
VENYS, Steven age 51 of Dayton, passed away Saturday, June 16, 2012. He was preceded in death by his father, Vincent Venys. Steve was a graduate of the University of Cincinnati. He is survived by his mother, Alma; 2 brothers, Mike and Jim; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends. Family and friends may call Thursday, June 21, 2012 from 5PM to 8PM at the MAGETTI GAVIN FUNERAL HOME, 1508 Valley Street, Dayton. A Prayer Service will be held 9:30AM Friday at the funeral home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be said 10AM Friday at Holy Cross Catholic Church with Father Michael Holloran Celebrant. Burial to follow in Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Humane Society of Greater Dayton.
