News Death Notice
WEST, Judith Ann Age 71 of Dayton, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 20, 2012. She was born January 17, 1941 in Irvine, KY to the late Helen and Byron West. Judy went to work at Ohio Bell Tel. Co. after high school and retired from Ameritech. She served her union faithfully, CWA Local 4311, as Treasurer for many years. She was also the Treasurer of her Neighbor Association in SE Dayton, where she worked tirelessly to improve and keep her neighborhood safe. Judy accumulated countless friends throughout her career and volunteer work. She is survived by devoted cousins, Rebecca Dice and Jamie Ballard, special friend and caregiver Dodie Ditmer and a host of other relatives. Judy was laid to rest on Sunday, June 24, 2012 in her beloved Irvine, Estill County, KY. Memorial contributions may be made in Judy's memory to
