News Death Notice
STAMPER, Scott age 44 of Springfield, passed away June 30, 2012. He was born March 19, 1968 in Dayton, Ohio. He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Andy and Lillian Wright and Tommy and Kansas Stamper; and several uncles. Scott is survived by his wife, Penny Stamper; parents: Wendell J. "Dale" Stamper and Ivetta and Mark Moorehead; daughter, Sierra Stamper Rosselott; daughter, Rachel Heindl and her daughter, Layla; son, Wade Stamper; mother of his children: Robin Brown Stamper; sister, Michelle Bravard; mother-in-law, Donna Gray; brothers-in-law: Jamie (Lisa) Gray and Donny Gray; nieces: Brook Bravard and Shelby Bravard;; nephew, Austin Gray; very, very special friend, Gary Blackford; and many other family members and friends. Scott worked at R.E. Holland Excavating Company for more than 20 years. Visitation will be held from 5-8 pm on Thursday, July 5, 2012 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Road, where the funeral service will be held at 10:00 am on Friday. Friend, Rev.
