News Death Notice
JOHNSON, Eddie Allen Mr. Johnson 63 of Charlotte, NC formerly of the Dayton-Carrollton area, passed away Tuesday, July 17, 2012. Born in Dayton on May 20, 1949, Eddie was the son of the late Leonard and Oma Franklin Johnson. Prior to moving to Charlotte 8 years ago, Mr. Johnson had been employed at Woody's Market and had been a member of the First Baptist Church of West Carrollton. Survivors include his wife Debbie of the home; daughter Rachel Johnson of Huntersville, NC; brothers Butch (Dee) Johnson of West Carrollton and Garry (Michele) Johnson of Beaver Creek and sister Nancy Snider of Dayton, OH and nephews Derek, Greg, Peter Johnson The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 21st from 12:30 to 1 at the Carolina Funeral Service & Cremation Center, 5505 Monroe Rd, Charlotte, with a service will follow to follow at 1PM.
