PHILLIPS, Elvin Claud Age 86, Of Monterey, Tennessee, Passed Away On Wednesday, July 18, 2012, At His Home. Mr. Phillips Was Born On June 23, 1926, In Overton County, Tennessee, To The Late Elvin Curtis And Nancy Phillips. Mr. Phillips Was Employed With National Cash Register In Dayton, Ohio. He Was Baptist In Faith. He Is Survived By 2 Daughters And A Son-In-Law, Beverly Phillips Of West Alexandria, OH, Karen And Kim Wale Of St. Marys, OH; 1 Son And Daughter-In-Law, Michael And Mira Phillips Of Crossville, TN; 4 Sisters, Dalpha Koeller Of Brookville, OH, Loretta Myers Of Fairborn, OH, Nancy Laymon Of Fairborn, OH, Kathy Wysong Of Brookville, OH; 3 Grandchildren; And 4 Great Grandchildren. In Addition To His Parents, He Was Preceded In Death By His Wife, Opal Lucille Phillips; 2 Brothers, Dalous And Delmer Phillips. The Family Has Chosen Cremation With Memorial Services Tuesday, July 31, At 2:00 PM, At The Royal Oak Memorial Gardens Chapel At 7217 National Road, Brookville, OH 45309. Rev. Ron Plemons Will Officiate.
