News Death Notice
GROSS, Jessie age 91, passed away in Monterey, TN Monday, September 3, 2012. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hiram Gross and son-in-law, James Hammons. Jessie is survived by her children, Betty Hammons, Vernon Lee (Carole) Gross and Beverly (Michael) Hickey; grandchildren, Lisa Tipton, Pamela Heinrich, Kevin Gross, Leanne Barnes and Kyle Gross; great-grandchildren, Brian , Jessie and Allen Tipton, Tyler and Ben Heinrich, Morgan and Katie Gross, Kylie and Cody Gross, Erin and Aiden Barnes. She was a member of Otterbein Church, now New Hope Church for over 50 years. Jessie enjoyed quilting and making candy. The family will receive friends Monday, September 10, 2012. from 9-10am at Newcomer Funeral Home South Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd, Kettering, OH 45439). The service will follow at 10am.
