News Death Notice
BURGERT, Joe age 68, of Dayton passed away on October 5. He is survived by his wife, Sharon, son Joshua (Ashley), daughter Lindsey, five grandchildren: Keion, Dailon, Aimarra, Johnathon and Christopher, and many dear friends. Joe served in the US Army from 1965-68 and was awarded Soldier of the Year in 1965. He is preceded in death by parents Raymond and Mae (Linkhart) Burgert, brothers Billy, Dick, and David, and sisters Judy and Rosetta. His sisters Michele Wagner and Maxine Burgert live in Bluffton, SC. A memorial service will be held at Hospice of Dayton (to be announced).
