News Death Notice
MORGAN Sr., Fred W. age 75 of Riverside, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 31, 2012 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He is preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Myrtle (Howard) Morgan; sister, Vertice "Birdie" Brewer; brother, Ralph Morgan; and granddaughter, Ashley Faye Morgan. He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Eva "Pat" Morgan; children, Terry (Craig) Mabe, Fred, Jr. (Tammie) Morgan, Betty (Randy) Wilfong, Jerry (Tonya) Morgan, Tina (Bobby) Smith, and Tommy (Tambra) Kimbrough; fourteen grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; siblings, Leo, Mary, Willie, Nancy, Jimmy, Lou; and numerous family and friends. Fred proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy and is a member of Scottish Rite Mason in the Valley of Dayton, Lodge 777. A funeral service will be held at 4 PM on Saturday, January 5, 2013 at Newcomer Funeral Home, North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd. Dayton. Family will receive friends from 1 PM until time of the service.
