SHAKESPEARE, Karen S. (Turnbow) age 51, passed away suddenly Sunday Jan 6th in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. She is originally from Dayton, Ohio. She is preceded in death by her father, Robert J Bisceglia, biological father James Turnbow and grandparents Patricia & Robert Whitford, Francis and Wilma Bisceglia and paternal grandparents Charles and Mable Turnbow. She is survived by her husband, Bryan Shakespeare, mother Judy Bisceglia, brothers Robert Bisceglia II, David (Sue) Bisceglia, Mark (Angie) Bisceglia and a sister, Pamela Turnbow Belcher. She also leaves behind three nephews, Aaron and Joey Bisceglia, and Jason Madewell, and two nieces Maia Bisceglia and Tahna Madewell and very best friend Lisa Redwine-Peltz. Additionally, she leaves behind a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. She started her career in security at the Dayton Int'l Airport and went on to become an ambulance driver for a local ambulance service as well as a crisis worker for the Huber Heights Police dept. Karen's love of cooking led her to management in the restaurant industry. Karen was an avid Nascar fan who also enjoyed creating wonderful recipes from scratch. Her family looked forward each year to the dishes she would make for the holidays. Her infectious sense of humor and love for her family will not soon be forgotten. She will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved her. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Monday, January 14, 2013 from 5:00 pm - 7:00pm in the BLESSING FUNERAL HOME, 11900 N. Dixie Dr. Tipp City. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at 10:00 am in the funeral home with Pastor Joe Mays officiating.
