PARMAN, William T. "Bill" age 91, of Huber Heights, passed away Monday, January 28, 2013 at Spring Creek Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. He was the son of the late Willie E. and Gladys Morgan Parman, and also preceded by one brother, Harvey; one sister, Norma Jean Parman. Bill retired from Chrysler with 30 years of service. He is survived by his wife, Nellie Parman; special cousins, Barbara and Tom Troutman of VA., Ronnie and Mable Wilhoit of TN; and many great friends. Bill was born in Greeneville, Tennessee on April 30, 1921. He and Nellie moved to Dayton, Ohio in 1951 and were one of the first to move to Huber Heights. He served in the U.S. Army in the Philippines during WWII. Bill was a life member of VFW Post 3283 and AmVets Post 464, American Legion Post 200, 40 & 8, Eagles in New Carlisle, and a 36 year member of Huber Heights Lodge 777 F & AM. The family will receive friends at the Marker & Heller Funeral Home, Huber Heights Chapel, 5844 Old Troy Pike from 5-8 PM Wednesday with a Masonic service at 7:30 PM. Further services will be held at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home and interment at River Hill Cemetery in Greeneville, TN.
