STUKINS, Charles H. "Bud", age 83 of Englewood, passed away on Sunday, February 10, 2013. He retired after many years of service from General Motors (Engine Plant). Charles was a veteran of the Korean Conflict serving in the U.S. Army and was a member of the American Legion. He and his wife traveled extensively and many times to Tucson, AZ. He also enjoyed country music and singing. He is survived by his loving wife of nearly 62 years: Maxine (Baker) Stukins, son and daughter-in-law: Charles Mark and Constance Stukins of Englewood, sisters: Jane Stukins and Joan Albert of Sardina, brother: John (Carol) Stukins of TX, grandchildren: Melinda Lambert, Sydney Stukins, great grandchildren: Julian and Mariah, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents: Arthur and Martha (Doerr) Stukins and brother-in-law: Gene Albert. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Thursday, February 14, 2013 at the Kindred Funeral Home (400 Union Blvd., Englewood) with Pastor David Starry officiating. Interment will follow the service at Fairview Cemetery in Englewood. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
