News Death Notice
BELL, Roy Lee 60, of Clayton, passed away Wednesday, February 13, 2013. He was born in Salyersville, Kentucky on July 19, 1952. Roy was a 1970 graduate of Dixie High School in New Lebanon and member of the Ridge Community Church in Brookville. Survived by his beloved wife, Diana, and son, David; brothers & sister, Mark Bell, Ron Howard, Pam Bodecker & Timothy Back; and a host of friends. Preceded in death by his parents, Robert & Evelean Bell; brothers, Craig & Collie Dean Howard. The family would like to thank the staff at Hospice of Dayton for their loving care of Roy. The family will receive friends 9:30-10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2013, at the GEORGE C. MARTIN FUNERAL HOME, "Northridge Chapel," 5040 Frederick Pike at Needmore Road, followed by graveside services at 11:30 a.m. at the Twin Valley Cemetery, West Alexandria, OH. Pastor Darrel Schick, officiating. Also, a celebration of Roy's life will be held at 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 22, at the Ridge Community Church, 7555 Brookville-Phillipsburg Road, Brookville, OH 45309.
