News Death Notice
NELSON, Evelyn Madson 72, of Beavercreek, passed away February 21, 2013 in Dayton. She was born March 18, 1940 in Gardner, N.D. Evelyn was an active member of Peace Lutheran Church; enjoyed knitting, rug hooking, gardening and had been a 4-H leader for years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Milton and Gladys Madson, husband Glen E. Nelson in 2006 and a sister, Karen Olson. Survivors include her children, Paul (Ila) Nelson, Laura (Kurt) Hildebrant, Mara (Stan) Wyatt and 7 grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 11AM Tuesday at Peace Lutheran Church, 3530 Dayton- Xenia Road, Beavercreek with Pastor Bob Brown officiating. Visitation will be Monday evening from 6-8PM at the church. Burial at a later date at the VA National Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton or the
