MACK, Catherine A. 96 of Centerville, passed away on Sunday, March 24, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband John in 1980, 2 daughters Catherine A. Millat and Susan M. Ambrose and son Joseph W. Mack and a granddaughter Dawn Mitchell. Survived by 4 sons John and his wife Sue Mack of Fairborn, Robert and his wife Shirley Mack of CA, James L. "Jimmy" and his wife Judy Mack of Centerville, Thomas E. Mack of CA, daughter-in-law Belinda J. Mack, son -in-law Walter A. Millat, 9 grandchildren Peggy, Laura and John III, William, Maria, Jennifer and Jamie, Brittany and Joseph II, 7 great grandchildren Annah, Noah, John IV, Jared, Kristina, Michael, Madelyn. Catherine was a 43 year member of Dayton-Victory Chapter # 594 O.E.S., and a Past Mother Advisor of Dayton Assembly # 46 Order of Rainbow for Girls. She was a member of the Omega Nu Tau Sorority. She was a Seamstress at Millie's Bridal Salon for many years. The family will receive friends Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. at Baker-Hazel & Snider Funeral Home 5555 Philadelphia Dr. at N. Main St. Eastern Star Memorial Services will be held Thursday at 7:30 p.m. Services will be held 9:30 a.m. Friday at the Woodland Mausoleum Chapel by Rev. Brian Thie. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Hospice of Dayton or Ohio Eastern Star Home, "Pitch-in for the kitchen" project c/o Dayton-Victory Chapter at the Dayton Masonic Center 525 W.
