CONNELLY, Jeanetta M. Age 93, of Centerville and formerly of Oakwood passed away on Saturday, April 20, 2013, at the St. Leonard Health Care Center. She was born in Dayton, OH on July 10, 1919, the daughter of Carl A. and Mae S. (Price) Brant, who preceded her in death. Jeanetta was also preceded in death by her husband, Bobbie C. Connelly on July 11, 1965, two sisters, Marcella Gerstner and JoAnn Finfrock and her brother, Carl W. Brant. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Ronald and Elaine Connelly; sister-in-law, Patricia Brant; three grandchildren, Christopher and wife, Andrea Connelly, Jennifer and husband, Erin Blue, Rebecca and husband, Luke Celebrezze; three great grandchildren, Alex Connelly, Jack and Madeline Celebrezze; a niece and two nephews, Gary and wife, Jan Gerstner, Karen Kiser, Larry and wife, Bonnie Brant and many great nieces and nephews. Jeanetta was a graduate of Stivers High School, Class of 1937 and retired from the Montgomery County Sheriff's Department having been employed there from 1966-1993. She was a member of South Park United Methodist Church, Harvest Chapter #564, Order of the Eastern Star and the American Business Womens Association. Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 25, 2013, from South Park United Methodist Church, 140 Stonemill Road at Brown Street, Dayton, OH 45409 with Pastors Thomas Miller and Lori Reiber officiating. Interment will be in Davids Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME-BEAVERCREEK CHAPEL, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Road at Grangehall Road from 5-8 p.m. on Wednesday, April 24, 2013 with an Order of the Eastern Star service at 7:30 p.m. If desired, contributions may be made in memory of Jeanetta to the South Park United Methodist Memorial Fund.
