CROCKETT, Lynn D. A loving husband, dad, son, brother and friend, passed away Friday May 3, 2013 at his home in the presence of his dear family and friends. Lynn was 47. He was born June 1, 1965 in Ft. Wayne, Indiana to Marilyn (Fox) and Robert Crockett. Lynn previously worked at Lexis Nexis for (SDS) Strategic Data Systems as a Software Engineering Contractor. He was technologically savvy and will be remembered by friends and family as a handy man who could fix anything. Lynn was a member of Fairhaven Church where he sang in the choir and was active through the years in various other church activities. He was an avid Focus on the Family/Adventures in Odyssey listener. He thoroughly enjoyed vacations with his family and camping and snow skiing with friends. He will be lovingly remembered for his walk with Christ and giving a legacy of faith to his children. Lynn is survived by his loving wife of 23 years, Lori, two sons Logan and Lance, and two daughters LeAnna and Lexi, all of Bellbrook, parents Robert and Marilyn Crockett, brother Ronald Crockett (Tammy), and sister JoAnne Gordon, all of Ft. Wayne, Indiana. The family will receive friends Monday May 6 from 4-8 pm at CONNER & KOCH Funerals, Cremations and Life Celebrations, 92 W. Franklin St., Bellbrook (937-848-6651). A celebration of Lynn's life will be held 10:00 am Tuesday May 7 at Fairhaven Church, 637 E. Whipp Rd., Centerville (937-434-8627). Pastors David Smith and Jim Futrell officiating. Graveside services 5:00 pm Tuesday at Prairie Grove Cemetery, Ft. Wayne, Indiana.
