FRANK, Frederick Wallace (78), Ohio, passed away at home with his family on Thursday, April 4. Born August 25, 1935 in Dayton, to the late Kern and Ruby {Deering} Frank. He is survived by his loving wife, Virginia "Ginger" (Stoltz) Frank of 50 years; children: Patricia (Frank) Purdy and husband Glenn of Kingsland, GA; Jennifer (Frank) Kingrey and husband, Keith, of Tipp City, OH; Michael Frank and wife, Kimberly, of Worthington, OH, brother, Robert Frank, and wife, Dee from Tipp City; Sister, Barbara (Frank) Mills and husband, Billy, from Shalimar, FL along with grandchildren: Erin Purdy, Johnathon Purdy, Christian Purdy, Megan Kingrey, Jacob Kingrey, Kylie Tavenner, and Ian Tavenner. Fred graduated from Fairview High School, served in the United States Army and Naval Reserves. After graduating from the Dayton Art Institute with a degree in commercial art, he worked for the Graphic Department and then as a quality engineer for GM. He was active playing golf, hunting, fishing, designing t-shirts and houses, drawing cartoons and caricatures, photography, and playing trivia with his "Tipp a Few" friends at Oscar's in Vandalia - all while giving everyone he cared about a difficult time. In lieu of flowers please donate in loving memory of Fred to Hospice of Dayton or St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. Funeral service will be held at Noon on Saturday, April 12, 2014 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 753 S. Hyatt St., Tipp City, OH, Father R. Marc Sherlock officiating. Friends may call from 10:00 AM until time of service at Noon on Saturday at the church. Services have been entrusted to FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME, 327 W.
