He went to God's Bible School and Marion College (now IWU) where he earned his degree. In May of 1969 Bill became a full time minister, pastoring a little country church in the suburbs of Hamilton, Ohio until 1972 when he went to pastor in Union City, Ohio ministering there until 1976. Bill felt God's call to go to Miamisburg, Ohio in 1976 where he pastored the Miamisburg Wesleyan Church for 27 years prior to retiring and moving to Florida in 2003.
