JAMES, Benjamin Jacob "Ben" 38 of Washington Court House, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, June 17, 2014. He was preceded in death by his mother Lucille Helen (nee James) Williams, paternal grandfather Willard Dailey, sister Maria Conley, 2 uncles Cletus James and Jim Dailey. Ben is survived by his longtime companion and mother of three of his children, Heather Tankersley, their 2 sons Ethan and Jesse James and daughter Georgia James; his ex-wife Jenny Mosley and their daughter Candace James. Also surviving is his father and step-mother David Dailey and Kathy Cash, his paternal grandmother Thelma Dailey, maternal grandparents Doyle Sr. and Lucille James, brothers Henry Dailey and his fiancé Mary Cupp, Cletus and April Dailey, David and Melissa Dailey, Jimmy, Billy and Johnny Conley; sisters Mary and Charla Conley, step-sister Becky Cash, step-brother Kevin Cash. Aunts and Uncles surviving are Marie (John) Craig, Doyle Jr. (Pat) James, Michael (Laura) James, Jessica (Mike) Bertorello, Ed Dailey, Sharon (Chuck) Allen, special Aunt Kathy (Jeff) Haithcock, special Uncle Nick (Gaye) James, special friends Marie Tankersley and Lori (Shotzi) Lee. Ben worked at Loram Maintenance, had also worked at CSX Railroad. He was a talented guitar player and love playing it with his family and friends. There will be a Gathering of Family and Friends at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME BELMONT CHAPEL, 648 Watervliet Avenue, Dayton on Sunday, June 22, 2014 starting at 1:00 pm, followed by a Celebration of Ben's Life at 4 pm.
