BROCKMAN, Rex Lynn age 64 of Englewood, passed away suddenly on Friday, June 20, 2014. Rex was the owner and operator of Brockman Jig Grinding Service in Dayton. He had previously served in the Ohio National Guard, and had been active with the Gold Wing Road Riders Association. Rex is survived by his wife of 41 years: Sue Anne (Overholser) Brockman, son and daughter-in-law: Rob & Jackie Brockman of Brookville, daughter: Wendy Brockman of Greensboro, NC, sister: Pam Reese of Columbus, OH, brother & sister-in-law: Kelly & Kathy Brockman of Brookville, grandchildren: Carson & Michael Brockman, mother-in-law: June Overholser of Dayton, brother-in-law and sister-in-law: Stephen & Susan Overholser of Tipp City, sister-in-law: Julie Overholser of Englewood, many other family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents: Robert Roy & Mary Jean "Peggie" (Wells) Brockman, and his father-in-law: Donald Overholser. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 28, 2014 at the Kindred Funeral Home (400 Union Blvd., Englewood). The family will receive friends on Friday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be at Glen Haven Cemetery. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to the .
