WATSON, Gloria Jean Turner age 68, of Trotwood, was born January 16, 1946 in Tifton, GA and departed this life Sunday, August 24, 2014 at Good Samaritan Hospital. She was a retired employee of the Veterans Administration Medical Center after 45 years of service. Preceded in death by her parents, Louise Gaskin Cadore and James R. Turner; sister, Vivian Turner Bennett; brother Ronnie Cadore; son, Roscoe David Bennett; grandson, William Pointer, Jr. She leaves to cherish her memories, 3 daughters, Tonya and Derricka Turner of Dayton, Felicia Turner of Brooklyn, NY; 3 sons, James R. Turner & Terry Bennett of Dayton, Brandon (Eleatheea) Watson of Columbus, OH; 4 brothers, Robert Turner of Dayton, Conroy (Barbara) & Anthony Cadore, Edward Lee (Carolyn) Jackson, all of Tampa, FL; 3 sisters, Elaine Cadore of Coco Beach, FL, Olivia Turner of MS, Octavia Turner of Toledo, OH; 7 grandchildren, 1 great grandson; a host of adoring cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral service will be held 1 pm Tuesday, September 2, 2014 at the House of Wheat Funeral Home, Inc., 2107 North Gettysburg Avenue. Pastor Joshua Louis Lane officiating.
