HAYDEN, Danielle M. Age 19, of Beavercreek passed away Thursday, November 17, 2016. She was born December 19, 1996 in Dayton to Kevin Hayden & Tammy (Nelson) Hayden; & attended Beavercreek Schools. Preceded in death by her paternal grandma, Betty Hayden. Danielle is survived by her father, Kevin (Michelle) Hayden of Fairborn; mother, Tammy Hayden of Beavercreek; daughters, Skylar & Raelynn; sisters, Janette Hayden of Dayton & Abbey Hayden of Beavercreek; maternal grandmother, Deborah Evans of Beavercreek; paternal grandfather, Jerry Hayden of Bellbrook; aunts, uncles, other relatives & friends. Funeral Service will be held Tuesday at 7pm at the Wesleyan Evangelistic Church with Rev. John Manley officiating. The family will receive friend at the church from 4pm until time of service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family to offset expenses. Condolences may be left for the family at www.stockerfraley.com
