OSTERDAY, Jeanette P. (Dillman) Age 93 passed away peacefully April 20, 2010 at her home. Jeanette was born in Dayton, Ohio on August 11, 1916. She graduated from Steele High School, and was a model in Dayton. Prior to marriage, Jeanette worked at the International Envelope Corporation. On May 14, 1938 she wed Richard Andrew Osterday (deceased). They resided in Dayton and Centerville. In 1988 they moved to St. Leonard's, where Jeanette resided for 22 years. Dick & Jeanette celebrated their 50th Wedding Anniversary. Jeanette was preceded in death by her parents Harry & Agnes (Oldiges) Dillman both of Minster; her 1st husband Richard, daughter Joan McCormick, brother Walter Dillman, sister Dorothy Pier; her 2nd husband Robert Palmer Cherpeski, step-sons John, Dave & Paul Chrpeski, and step-daughter Mary. Survived by her sister Betty Mae Hecht, sons John (Martha), Thomas (Judy), Richard; son-in-law Dennis McCormick; daughters Mary Jean (Dave) Fritz, Nancy (Jerry) Beale; grandchildren Linda Lehnhardt, Barbara Baxter, David Fritz, Marilyn Butters, John, Robert Osterday, Janice Skinner, Katherine Osterday, Cindy Requarth, Michael, Timothy Osterday, Bryan & Melissa McCormick, Jeremy Beale, Julia Labradie, Jenna Beale, Phyllis Cole; and her step-children and families. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, & countless loving friends. The family will receive friends & family from 4-8 pm Sunday, April 25th at Schlientz & Moore Funeral Home, 820 Miamisburg- Centerville Rd. Mass of Christian Burial Monday 10:00 am St. Leonard's Chapel with burial at Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to The Hospice of Dayton in Jeanette's memory.
