News Death Notice

HENSON, William "Bill" Age 59, of Fairborn, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, January 14, 2015. He was born on December 1, 1955 in Xenia. He retired from the U.S. Air Force after nearly 20 years. Bill enjoyed collecting guns and antiques and he was always helping people. He is survived by his beloved dog, Gerda who was with him to the very end; mom, Bonnie Henson, of Indio, CA; dad, Robert Henson, of Springfield, OH; 2 sisters, Penny Belzman, of Indio, CA and Terri Baca, of Springfield, OH; 3 nieces; 2 nephews; 2 great-nieces; and 1 great- nephew. He is also survived by 3 aunts; 1 uncle; and several cousins-all who loved him and will miss him very much. The family will receive friends on Friday, January 23, 2015 from 10-11 AM at Newcomer Funeral Home South Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd, Kettering, OH 45439). The service will follow at 11am.
