Pamela SUSONG Obituary

News Death Notice

SUSONG (Heck), Pamela Rae 69, of Middletown, OH passed away peacefully at her home Friday, September 25th, 2015. She was born November 11th, 1945 in Dayton, OH. She was the eldest daughter of the late Melvin and Margaret Heck of New Lebanon, OH. She is survived by her four children, Darren (Theresa) Susong, Brett Susong, Jason (Leslie) Susong and Elisha (Mark) Beasley, 10 grand-children and 5 great grand-children and her sister, Melva Kay (Joe) King and three nieces of Celina, TN. She was a 1963 graduate of New Lebanon High School. Pamela gained the most enjoyment in watching the sports activities of her children and grand-children. She never missed a sporting event of her children and seldom missed her grandchildren's events. She was an avid Cincinnati Reds and Bengals fan. During her career, she was a secretary and "jack of all trades" for Ronco Masonry, as well as, the office manager at Steinburg's Electronics and Appliances. She will be, fondly, remembered by her laughter. She was an avid reader of romance novels. A devoted mother who took great pride in raising her children and providing nurturing support for her grandchildren and great grandchildren with a kind and gentle heart. Visitation will be Thursday, October 1st, 2015 from 10 am - 12 noon with service immediately following at Roger's Funeral Home, 324 W. Main Street, New Lebanon 45345. In lieu of flowers, please make contributions to Hospice Care of Middletown, 3909 Central Ave, Middletown, 45044. www.RogersFuneralHomes .com
