WILDER, Johnnie, Jr. age 56, of Dayton, went home to be with the LORD on Saturday, May 13, 2006 at his residence. A native of Dayton, he was an active member of the Residence Park Church of Christ, and sole founder and owner of the musical group, Heatwave, and Shalonda Productions ( Preceded in death by his father, Johnnie Wilder, Sr., and grandmother, Carrie B. Carter. He leaves to cherish his memory his devoted wife of 38 years, Rosalyn E. Wilder; daughter, Carla S. (Reginal) Hawkins; loving mother, Lucille Wilder; brothers, Ernest (Janie) of Sacramento, CA, Keith (Linda) of Swany, GA, Gregory, & Gerald (Patricia) both of Dayton; aunts, Willie Lou Pernell, Dorothy (Maceo) Hamilton, & Lillian Allen; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Homegoing Service, 1:00 PM, Friday, May 19, 2006 at the Residence Park Church of Christ, 4328 Hoover Avenue, with Gerald Wilder officiating. Interment: Dayton National Cemetery. Viewing 9:00 AM until time of service. The family will receive friends at 11:00 AM at the Church. Ceremonies entrusted to McLIN FUNERAL CHAPEL/NORTHERN HILLS, 2801 N. Gettysburg Avenue.
