Family-Placed Obituary
HERBERT-SMITH, Katelynn Marie age 7 of West Carrollton went to be with the Lord Sunday, January 21, 2007 at Children's Medical Center. She is survived by her birth mother, Andrea Sue Herbert, sibling Zachary, grandparents Phillip and Susan Herbert, and numerous relatives and friends. Even at her young age, she valiantly fought cancer. She'll be missed by all who knew her. A memorial service for Katelynn will be held at 7:15PM, Friday, January 26 at Cornerstone Baptist Temple, 1707 Ohmer Ave, Dayton, OH 45410. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Children's Medical Center in memory of Katelynn.

My deepest sympathy to all the family and friends of Katelynn. I only new her through my Grandaughter Alexis Collins. I wish I could have known her personally, what a strong courageous little girl. Bless you all.
