Funeral for Mary Louise Stewart Wade, 86, formerly of Florence, will be Wednesday, February 19, 2014, at 11 a.m. at Parkway Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend John White officiating. Burial will be in Caddo Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
Mrs. Wade, who died Saturday, February 15, 2014, at Christian Care Center of Cheatham County, was born April 28, 1927, in Morgan County to Andrew and Pearl Stewart. She was a longtime member of Lee Heights Baptist Church, Florence. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Cecil Wade.
Survivors include two daughters, Linda Darby (Steve) of Sylva, N.C., and Marilyn Wade of Nashville, Tenn.; two grandchildren, Bradley Smith (Amanda) and Stephanie Woods (Anthony); three brothers, Aulton Stewart of Hartselle, Preston Stewart and Leldon Stewart, both of Trinity; one sister, Clara Jenkins of Decatur; and many nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Bradley Smith, Anthony Woods, James Cole, Larry Jenkins, Walter Parsley and Chris Harrison.
