On Thursday November 15, 2012, Leo E. Ozoroski peacefully passed away surrounded by family at Forwood Manor in Wilmington.

Leo was born in Phoenixville, PA in 1928 and grew up there with his siblings, Anthony, Stanley, Vincent, Michael, Ann and Julia, who preceded him in death.

Leo served in the U.S. Navy during World War II and was stationed in Hawaii. After serving in the Navy, Leo went to West Chester State Teachers College where he received his teaching degree and later went back and received his Masters Degree.

He then moved to Wilmington, DE where he taught school at Wilmington Manor and River Road Elementary Schools. He also worked part-time at Fairfax Liquors for over 40 years.

Leo loved playing golf with his friends at Rock Manor Golf Course.

He is survived by his loving wife Mary Rose (nee Spaziani) of Wilmington; son Joseph and his wife Debra of Rehoboth Beach; daughter Michele of Wilmington; grandson Christopher and his wife Sara of Rhode Island; and his brother-in-law Louis J. Kaa of Huntington Beach, CA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews who loved him dearly and many good friends.

Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 11 am on Tuesday November 20, at St. Helena's Church, 602 Philadelphia Pike, Wilmington where friends and family may visit from 10 to 11 am. Interment will follow Mass at All Saints Cemetery.
