Peter Chabon, age 82, of Ocean View, DE, passed away on Thursday, August 22, 2013, at Seasons Hospice Inpatient Center, Christiana Hospital, Newark, DE. He was born in Frackville, PA, February 23, 1931, son of the late Nicholas Chabon and Kathyrn (Yatcilla) Chabon.
Mr. Chabon honorably served his country in the US Navy

He enjoyed the beach, polka music, and most of all roller-skating in his younger years. Mr. Chabon was a happy guy with an infectious smile that instantly brightened anyone's day with one of his many jokes. Mr. Chabon leaves his friends and family with his infamous words of wisdom, "Always wear a smile. It keeps them guessing".
