Rhonda Kay Belair
Kay, age 69 of Wilmington, DE and formerly from West Chester and Marhsallton, PA, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 15, 2014.
Kay was the only daughter of the late Edgar and Jean Henson. She attended Downingtown High School, Millersville University, and East Carolina University. Kay was a loving and gentle caregiver to her family, to whom she was deeply devoted. After many years of being a stay-at-home mother, Kay worked for the American Heart Association and Child Find, Inc. She was also an active volunteer for various organizations. Kay enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, drawing, painting, and loved all animals. Her happiest moments were spent in the company of her adoring grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Roy B. Belair; children, Mark and his wife Kirsten, Chris Belair and Kim; 5 grandchildren, Jacob, Jonathan, James, Emily, and Lilly, all of Wilmington, DE.
Visitation will be held for family and friends at the CHARLES P. ARCARO FUNERAL HOME, 2309 Lancaster Ave. in Wilmington, DE, on Friday evening, February 21 from 6-7:30pm. A Memorial Service will immediately follow visitation at 7:30pm. Committal Services will be held at the Bradford Cemetery, 526 Northbrook Rd. in Marshallton, PA, on Saturday morning, February 22 at 11am.
