Robert J. Cebenka


Age 46, passed away suddenly on Friday, April 19, 2013, surrounded by his loving family. He was the son of the late Virginia (Abbott) and Theodore Cebenka.

Bobby worked as a pipe-fitter for Local 74, for the past 18 years. He was known for his generous and giving nature. As loving and big hearted as he was, he was also known for his "witticism" and the joy that he derived from teasing everyone he knew and loved. Bobby's passions in life were his family, spending Sundays with his grandmom and riding his motorcycle.

Bobby is survived by his maternal grandmother, Mrs. Rita Abbott; his brother, Ted Cebenka (Robin); an his sisters, Debbie Hudson (Jeff) and Rebecca Welch (Joe). He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at the Doherty Funeral Home, 3200 Limestone Road, Pike Creek on Wednesday, April 24 at 10:30am. Burial in All Saints Cemetery will be held privately with his family. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, April 23 from 5 to 7pm.
