Age 98, of Milford, DE, formerly of Wilmington, passed away Monday, September 11, 2006.
Mr. Boys was a automotive Technician for over 50 years at Porter Motor Co., Newport garage, Delaware Coach Co., Prank Diver Chevrolet, and Richardson Bros. Studebaker before retiring in 1970.
He was a former member of the Minquas Fire Company and an avid CB'er.
Mr. Boys was preceded in death by his wife of 54 years, Hazel Derrickson Boys, in 1999. Survivors include his daughter, Ann S. Morrow and her husband, Robert A. of Milford, DE; his son, E. George Boys and wife, Dorothy of Shelton, WA; a stepson, Roger G. Polk and wife, Mary, of Annapolis, MD; 3 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and many step grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 11 AM, Friday, September 15, at St. James Episcopal Church Cemetery, Newport, DE.
The family suggests contributions, in Mr. Boys memory, to Tunnel Cancer Center, 424 Savannah Rd., Lewes. DE 19958.
