Age 84, of Wilmington, DE, died peacefully at home on March 29,2013. Born and raised in Glenolden, PA, he resided the past 34 years in the Pierson Farms section of Wilmington,DE; previously residing in Collingdale,PA. Jack served in the Navy during the Korean Conflict. He was a Project Manager with Westinghouse for over 30 years, retiring in 1988. He was a member of the Church of the Holy Child. He enjoyed watching all sports; but most of all he loved spending time with his family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, William, Sr. and Margaret (nee Grogan) Lawler, his beloved wife Doris (nee Varley) who died in 2009, two sisters and two brothers. He is survived by four children, John Lawler, Jr. and wife, Alice, Doris Ann Kurkian and husband, Steven, Kathleen Burns and husband, Rick, James Lawler and wife, Donna; sister, Jeanne Morrison;11 grandchildren,and 1 great grandchild. A Memorial Mass will be held in July. Interment Private. Arr., Pagano Funeral Home, Garnet Valley, PA.
