AGE: 34 • Wilmington

Lindsay, Age 34 of Wilmington, DE died on Sunday, August 24th, 2014. She was a 1998 graduate of Padua Academy. She loved playing sports and excelled at everything she did, especially basketball.

Lindsay was a loving, caring, inspiring person who touched the hearts of all she knew, especially her family and friends. Her ability to make people laugh and smile was contagious. She will always be remembered for the impact she had on everyone's lives. Despite her personal struggles, Lindsay had a gift helping others overcome their challenges.

She was predeceased by her maternal grandparents, Edward and Stella Krone and by her paternal grandparents, Joseph and Mildred Peltz.

Lindsay is survived by her loving parents, her mother, Linda Peltz, her father, Joe Peltz and his wife, Joanne, her brothers, Christopher and Rick, her uncles, Jerry, Jimmy and Bill Peltz, her aunts, Nancy Peltz and Glenda Blyman (Al), and her cousins, Jimmy Peltz, Sheena Erace (Ryan) and Melanie Blyman.

A celebration of her life will be held at the Doherty Funeral Home, 3200 Limestone Road Pike Creek, on Tuesday, September 2nd, at 7PM. Visitation will be held at the funeral home, beginning at 4PM. Burial will be held privately with the family.
