My condolences to the Hearn family on their loss. I can still remember seeing Randi running around and keeping the Starboard together on a Sunday afternoon and all with a smile and a good sense of humor.

Randi loved the sun, the beach, and worked hard all year to have the "winter" off to get to Providenciales, where we would have a chance to be with her. She loved life and she will be missed.

Randi hired me at the Starboard when I was a teenager and I ended up working there for nearly 10 years and it changed my life. I'll always have a place in my heart for Randi and the Hearn family for the opportunity they gave me (and for putting up with me). My condolences to Chip and Luther and the whole Hearn family.

Randi and I were at BHS together. She was the "rah-rah" and I was the jockette! When in Rehoboth Beach we would run into eachother periodically. I think the last time I saw Randi was in Dewey Beach. She will be missed by all who knew her. My regards to all in her loving family.

I first met the Hearn family while performing regularly at the Country Squire around 1980. Randy was always nice & seemed upbeat and positive. Everyone liked Randy. I'm very saddened to hear of her passing & my heart goes out to the family.

I was a BHS classmate of Randi's and last saw her when I was at Wake Forest and she was at UNCG. Despite the passage of so many years, I feel a real sense of loss. Randi was infectious, a great person. My condolences to all of her loved ones.
